Droneworxx is STEM division of our parent company - TDR. It's platform that aims to blend Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Maths into designing and building drones. The drone industry is one of the fastest growing industries, whether that's using drones to capture aerial images, planting and watering seeds within agriculture or designing creative light shows using art based software. We provide the first fundamental step primarily especially within educational institutions.
Droneworxx supports young people at school but also those that will benefit out of schools. This includes Alternative Provision organisations, who we have partnered with over a dozen different AP centres across the UK over many years or just over specific term times - however much is required.
For some children and young people, education in any setting would be inappropriate due to their special education needs. This is often referred to education otherwise than in a school (EOTIS), sometimes known as EOTAS, but includes early years and post 16 settings as well. Droneworxx will offer a variety of sessions to support and connect to students who have an interest in drone technology which they can use to help develop key personal behavioural characteristics.
